Operating across the United Kingdom, Shahual Group provides SIA-approved security services and express freight logistics. Our supply chains include security uniform providers, K9 equipment suppliers, vehicle fleet leasing agencies, and telematics software vendors.
3. Vetting & Employment Safeguards
- BS 7858 Screening: 100% of security officers, concierge staff, and logistics drivers undergo rigorous 5-year background checks and identity verification to prevent illegal working.
- Living Wage Standards: We ensure all employees receive fair compensation meeting or exceeding National Living Wage and UK industry benchmarks.
- Direct Employment Preference: We prioritize direct employment over unverified sub-contracting, maintaining strict oversight over working conditions.
